A day at Guitar Dreams

No two Guitar Dreams are the same. This is the rhythm of 2026, and the shape we're building on for 2027.

  1. Greg Koch teaching a masterclass to a full room
    Morning

    The masterclass

Sit a few rows from a legend as they break down how they play, then ask the question you've always wanted to ask.

  2. Mary Spender playing acoustic guitar in her songwriting workshop
    Afternoon

    Hands-on workshops

Smaller rooms, closer conversations and time to try things on your own guitar.

  3. Mary Spender playing on the Loch Lomond cruise
    Between sessions

    Loch Lomond and leisure

A cruise on the loch, time to explore and the beautiful setting that makes the music land a little differently.

  4. Guests and artists sharing dinner
    Evening

    Dinner together

Artists and guests share the same tables. The conversation always finds its way back to guitar.

  5. Guests and artists jamming together on stage
    Late

    The jam

The guitars come out after dinner. Play, listen, or just enjoy being in the room.

  6. The full lineup on stage at the grand finale concert
    The final night

    The grand finale

The whole lineup on one stage, for one night only.

Two ways to be there.

Join us in the room, or experience it from wherever you are.

Who is Guitar Dreams for?

Passionate guitarists and music lovers: serious hobbyists, experienced amateurs, semi-professional players and songwriters across blues, rock, jazz, acoustic and fingerstyle. You don't need to be a professional. You just need to want more from your relationship with music.

When is Guitar Dreams 2027?

Guitar Dreams returns to Loch Lomond in 2027. Dates and lineup are coming soon, and the waitlist will hear first.

Do I book the hotel myself?

No. The retreat is sold as a package by Guitar Dreams, so you book everything through us rather than with the venue.

I can't travel to Scotland. Can I still take part?

Yes. Guitar Dreams Live streams the workshops, performances and interviews, with lifetime replays of every workshop.

Can I watch past events?

The Guitar Dreams 2026 replays are available through Guitar Dreams Live, and the documentary Inside Guitar Dreams 2025 is on our homepage.

Not something you watch. Something you live.
